La Tregua - As Good As The Show

Based on the bestseller of the acclaimed Uruguayan writer Mario Benedetti, "La Tregua" (The Truce) describes a brief but very beautiful love story. Martin Santome, close to retiring widower father of three, starts to write an intimate diary about his gray and flat life. His everyday office life, added to his non-tight home relationship, will find itself altered when young Laura Avellaneda (played by sexy Adriana Fonseca) enters his plane existence. This 24 year-old young woman gives all her affection and tenderness to this fearful and picky man who also finds love. Middle aged Martin, an average man that learns not to be toppled by bureaucratic walls, aware of his limitations and his lack of desire, decides to open up a parenthesis to let the light of love in, and lets himself be taken by Laura even if it is just for a short while. Nominated in 2004 at the Mexican Film Academy.

I also think Gonzalo Vega was great!

Summary of The Warrior/House of Flying Daggers:

THE WARRIOR:
An action-filled epic starring Ziyi Zhang (House of Flying Daggers, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Hero, upcoming Memoirs of a Geisha), The Warrior recounts the tale of a group of Korean envoys who entered China on a mission and were never heard from again. Captured and accused of espionage by Ming warriors, the Korean delegation is exiled by their captors to a remote desert. On their journey back to Korea, they rescue a kidnapped Ming princess (Zhang). In their effort to take the princess to safety, the group encounters rival Mongol warriors whom they face in a breathtaking battle scene.
